Data Retention

The Rights of Users

You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our databases. Some information, such as past transactions, logs of technical support calls, or other information may not be deleted. In addition, it may be impossible to completely delete your information without retaining some residual information because of backups.

How To Exercise These Rights

Any requests to exercise User rights can be directed to the Owner through the contact details provided in this Privacy Policy. These requests will be addressed by the Owner as early as possible and always within one month.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
